What is the interview process?
Initial call (30 min) → Technical/case (1 hr) → Team fit (45 min). We move fast — typically 1–2 weeks from first contact to offer.
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes, for EU-based roles. We work with relocation partners for non-EU candidates.
Is remote an option?
Yes. Most roles are hybrid (2–3 days/week at Wintercircus) or fully remote within EU.
